Some say that you do not need a trademark lawyer in applying to register a trademark. They are wrong. You need the advice of a lawyer because sometimes, applying for a trademark to be registered can infringe someone’s trademark rights. This happens when the person before you have registered a trademark that is similar to yours. In addition, hiring a trademark lawyer can potentially save you a lot of effort and time because you might apply only to realize at the end that the trademark you have can’t be registered under the law. If possible give time to consult a lawyer to avoid those kinds’ problems in the future.
