I found the website a bit tricky to navigate as I was not sure whether the links were part of the site or links to other websites. The site could be improved by having a few more pictures. However, the content was very good. Things were clearly explained in a lot of detail with unecesary waffling.

The Comedy Net is a humourous website with comedy videos and pictures. I found that there was a good range of items appealing to different senses of humour which was great. The layout of the site was quite plain and there were a few advertisements. I like dthe fact that there was a rating system sothat you coudl see which were the most liked items by other site visitors.

Now Loss is a website all about how to lose wieght quickly. I was firstly struck by the fact that the website design was very plain and there were no pictures. I expect weight loss sights to have pictures of products and foods, before and after pictures and the like and this woudl really help to brighten this website. I found navigation quite tricky and would have have it more useful to have just had a list of the 7 steps on the first page and a seperate page for each one when I clicked them. I also found it quite tricky to distinguish between the adverts and the content. Having said that the content was interesting and detailed.

ORMS blog stands for the Operations research / management science blog. The blog is mainly made up of information about news items and articles of interest with regards to operations research. I cannot imagine that there are very many blogs / websites on this applied mathematics theme and so anyone with an interest in this area would find it a great resource. The articles are well written and relevant as well as being detailed. It was nice to see the use of photographs in an otherwise quite plain design of blog - which brightened up this neat design without being over the top. There were also very few advertisements which made a pleasant change!
