The Pizzazzy mainly has articles about food and travel. I liked the recipe post as not only did it have the recipe but described how it was to actually cook the dish. I especially liked the article about the authors sister and son’s trip to London. As someone form the UK it was great to hear what a 4 year old foreigner thought of the city. All of the articles have a lot of detail and most are quite long. I enjoyed the style of writing - it flowed well and I felt that I wanted to read the whole post despite them being long. I liked the photographs on the blog and the small amount of advertising made it more pleasurable.
Violet Eclipse is a blog written by an American livinga nd working in Beijing. It is interesting to read the observations on life there and particularly the cultural differences. The articles tend to be short observations which I found very interesting, they were well written and often amusing. There were lots of pictures, which help to illustrate and brighten up the blog. I actually found myself getting carried away reading the blog rather than writing this review - that shows how good it was!
If you are like me there are times when you are looking for a scrap of paper so you can write down a message or a phone number and there is nothing around, so you end up writing on the back of something else and then you end up losing track of where you wrote the message, well have you ever thought about buying a memo board for all your messages you can fix it neatly to a wall by your phone or anyplace you like to your messages to be kept, plus this extremely handy item is also a waterproof memo board so you can keep it anywhere from kitchens to bathrooms.

Being Asha dot com is a lovly girly looking blog. It has a great girly picture and the colour is a lovely relaxed blue - it really appealed to me and made me feel happy and relaxed before I even started reading. The articles are really long as to start with I thought this was not a good thing, but once I started reading, I realised that they were full of really useful information. For example there is an article all about robots (the web type !!) and it has so much information starting from a basic definition to a description of what they do. It has links to sites with more information should you need it. The articles actually reminded me of well written essays they have good structure and references and excellent detail. This is the best blog I have ever read - and I have read a lot!

If you are a blogger and looking for help with your blog then Bloggers Journey will be of interest to you. The thing I loved was the layout of the articles, they were quite long and in order to break them down they had pictures and coloured backgrounds for certain sections etc. This made them read like chapters in a well presented text book and made a change from all of the sites which have masses of text. The articles are full of detail and well written. They are on subjects such as Steps to Blogging Success and selecting a blogging mentor.
Livewyre.net is a website with a mix of themes. It has a section where you can download free software such as a spam filter, directory submitter and an anti-virus. It has everything you need to make a sucessful website starting with a section on how to build a website then a section on Search Engine Optimisation, a section on how to make money online as well as how to monetise your website. The sections are detailed and clearly written so that it is easy for you to follow instructions and replicate the methods described. There is only a small amount of advertising on the site and it links in well with the design of the website so it is not off putting. The site is quite full of text but as it is a practical guide then this makes sense.
Blognation is a daily journal which means that it has quite a range of subject matter. The initial thing that struck me was the layout, which I found different to navigate and pretty messy in design, however once I navigated past the homepage I found it much easier and actually liked the design finding it neat and simple and there were no annoying flashing adverts or banners which was great. The mixture of languages made it hard for me to read (but then I am only fluent in English). The articles were quite tricky to read at times both because of the mix of languages and the English grammar was not that good. There is a range of content including recipes, news, events and sponsored articles. I think for anyone fluent or learning both languages that the blog is written in, would find it useful and fun.
Heathly Human Hair is a blog all about caring for your hair. I didn’t expect there to be that much information that could be written about this topic but the articles on this blog are full of information. There are articles on hair loss as well as treating hair. I found the articles interesting, although because they were so long I woudl have found a few pictures useful or maybe to have had them broken down into smaller articles. The writers English was not perfect, but I still understood everything that was being explained. The brown colour of the blog was a little dull but as mentioned before, would be brightened up by photographs. I did like the calendar with the hair theme in the side bar.
The Computer Zone sounds like it will be a techy website but in fact there are a lot of articles about blogging and how to do it well. This woudl be useful for any blogger as the articles are long and detailed and full of useful tips. There are other articles on the blog too such as articles about the industry and the odd mention of a website which the author thought was interesting. Overall the blog stuck pretty well to the subject matter and the only thing I disliked was the black in the title which I thought was a bit overpowering, but other than that the look of the blog was good too, especially the lack of advertisements.
Earn Money to Blog is all about earning money using adsense on your blog. If you are new to blogging and want to know how to maximise your adsense earnings or if you just want to pick up some tips, then this iste would be useful for you. The articles have plenty of detail and are written clearly so it is easy to understand and follow the instructions given, they even have pictures to demonstrate which is fantastic - I have never seen this done before on this type of blog. The layout of the blog is clean and neat and works well for the content.
