With the Holiday season coming and the giving of gifts season is upon us. I usually starting looking the web for Great deals.  I like to check out couponchief.com to see what Kind of coupon they have and if I am able to use any of them for my holiday shopping.

I personally like finding coupons from Gap and Best buy.  I find I am able to find good deals so I am able to save money and get gifts for my friends at the same time.   They have a massive selection of stores for me to choose from and I almost always find a coupon I am able to use when I look around.  I know where I am going now.

PC and technology - tips, reviews and how-to’s pretty much does what it says on the tin. It is a blog dedicated to technology. Now this is a subject that I personally find pretty dry (probably because I a girly!)and the very plain layout and huge amount of text did nothing to entice me in. The articles were well written and full of relevant content. They usually contained a lot of detail and obviously a lot of work had gone into writing them. As a girl I woudl have liked more pictures and more effort in the design but possibly the techy audience woudl not find this necessary.

Niessuh calls itself a random blog. There were articles on monetising, blogging, tips, spams, technology and some sponsored posts. Despite being called random I felt the content was probably generally appealing to bloggers. I liked the fact that attempts had been made to make the blog more visually appealing by adding pictures to some of the articles. The articles were quite long and informative but not always brilliantly written - as it is a new blog I am sure this will improve as it grows. The layout was good and there were not too many sponsored posts and not too much advertising. It is being updated daily, which is great.

MrPrizes.com is a website full of competitions. It is unlike any other competition website I have seen as there are far more listed than I ave seen before. They are categorised in many different ways to help you search for what you want - by entry frequency, ways to enter, prize and location. This makes it quick and easy for you to find entries relevant to you. It is also very useful that in the list of competitions there is summary information such as location, end date and age restrictions so you can see at a glance whether the competition is suitable for you to enter. The layout of the website is professional and fun and it is really easy to navigate.

Income for Dummies is a blog all about how people new to making money online can make a start at earning. It is a fairly new blog, so does not have masses of content, however what is there is very good. The articles are mainly about how to set up a blog and start making money from it. Extremely useful advice as I have found that to be the best way of making money online myself. The articles are detailed and easy to follow so the advice is extremely useful. I found the articles to be written in an amusing style too, so even though they were long, they were easy to read. The layout was quite plain and could perhaps be helped with a few pictures. There were no sponsored posts and very few adverts.

Jackreye’s Weblog has a combination of article mainly comprising of games reviews, website reviews and general articles. It is a fairly new blog so has only a small amount of content but it is being updated regularly so should soon start to grow. The reviews he has written are detailed and have a useful scoring system. they do seem to be getting longer as the blog progresses which is great. I found them easy to read and containing suitable detail so that I could draw a conclusion as to whether I would be interested in purchasing the game. The layout of the blog was plain and simple and could be improved by adding more pictures. There were no sponsired posts or advertisements.

The Critical Critics is a film review website. It is different to other similar sites as the reviews are extremely honest. If the reviewer hates the film they will say so, but not only that, they will give lots of good reasons as to why they feel that way. I felt that the reviews had great detail and enough was written about the plot to give you an idea of what the film was going to be like without spoiling the film. I have only seen one film recently and found the site navigation easy enough to find the review quickly, I must say that I disagreed with the opinion of the reviewer as I liked the film and he didn’t but the comments were all fair and it was a well rounded review. I liked the professional layout of the site and the fact that there were very few adverts.

Rockstarist has the subtitle a musicians resourse and that sums it up nicely. It was full of news items of interest to musicians. I liked the layout of the blog as it was colourful and broken down nicelt with pictures and borders. There were some sponsored articles which did not seem so relevant but they were colourful and fitted in with the theme which was good. There was a little bit of advertising on the site but not enough to be off putting. The blog seems to be updated very regularly.

When I saw that this website was called Adsense Google Blog I was expecting a blog all about making money with adsense. Unfortunately I was disappointed as it is just a page of links to sites about Adsense. I have been informed that it is a new site and so I would suggest that the author write some content himself as well. there is nothing wrong in having links to other sites but it is nice if the webmaster can add his opinions, thoughts and original content.
